Stay: EU accuses Russia of committing ‘huge conflict crime’ in Ukraine’s Mariupol

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has accused Russia of committing war crimes in Ukraine, most notably in the besieged port city of Mariupol where hundreds of civilians have been killed. Ukraine has rejected an ultimatum to surrender Mariupol to Russian forces and where many of the city's 400,000 residents remain trapped with little if any food, water and power.
