With Europe still grappling with Covid-19, Talking Europe speaks to Christa Schweng, the President of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC).
The EESC is the body that brings together European employers, trade unionists and representatives of social, occupational, economic and cultural organisations.
We ask her about how Covid-19 has changed the workplace, how best to rise to the challenges posed by the pandemic and also employment issues raised by the health crisis, including the subject of a European minimum wage.
