Around the world, people have had to change how they work because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of those changes look set to become permanent. What could all this mean for European employers, employees and the work-life balance? We take a closer look with two MEPs.
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on how we work. Working from home has often been obligated for employees and in some European countries, what were once considered revolutionary ideas like a four-day working week are being trialled.
Catherine Nicholson is joined by an Irish MEP and an Italian MEP to discuss the topic in more detail.
